Here are the active hours of our HPU Printshop! 

Please note that outside of business hours Mon-Fri, 8 am- 5 pm, you will need to find a librarian to help you access the print shop and purchase your order.

Need help with resizing an image? How about saving a file in another format? Have trouble with our print shop form? Well, look no further!

All of these guides will be able to help you with a wide variety of issues you may be having for those who are not "tech-savvy".

The only way to submit orders to be printed at our shop is by using the HPU Print Shop Request form. 

You can find the print shop form by typing in https://www.highpoint.edu/library/printing/

Once you reach this page you will need to click the printer icon on the top of the page and from there, you will be directed to our online form. 

After you click the link you will be directed to the login in page if you are already not logged in to High Point University's website.

Fill out the information above and be sure to remove the generated academe\ If it appears and only have your username or email address, as attempting to log in with academe\  will create an error code like the image down below. 

If you have further trouble with your log in please contact IT for assistance or reset your password using the link below.

After you have successfully logged in please be sure to read our policy agreement above, to prevent any delays or cancellations of your orders. 

Be sure to fill out the form and double-check that your order is correct before submitting it.

PLEASE make sure that the image you wish to print out or resize is your own, as any images being printed retaining or containing a subject/subjects infringing upon a copyright may be denied or rejected.
