Set the poster dimensions before you begin
Design in landscape or portrait as required
Use 300 DPI resolution for best print quality
Maintain a margin of at least 0.5–1 inch
Don’t upscale small images—find higher-quality replacements
Save graphics as PNG, JPG, or SVG
PowerPoint: File > Save As > PDF. Select “Best for printing” if available
Canva: Share > Download > Select “PDF Print”. Check options for bleed and crop marks if needed
Photoshop/Illustrator: Export as PDF/X or High-Quality Print PDF; flatten layers and embed fonts
Google Slides: Use File > Download > PDF; make sure to set custom dimensions first
Adobe Express: Export as high-quality print PDF; review resolution and bleed settings
