No, you will not be able to use Honorlock on any of the computers located at the library, nor the Chromebooks that you can check out from the library.
Public computers (such as the ones found at the library) will not support Honorlock because the software is meant to be used on personal devices, in a private spot, such as your dorm room/apartment.
Chromebooks at the library do not support Honorlock because you are unable to download any programs/applications not made by Google. This makes your personal laptop the best option for running Honorlock, as mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets are also not supported.
