American Family Physician (AFP) is the official peer-reviewed journal of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and an editorially independent, evidence-based, clinical review journal in primary care and provides up-to-date information on clinical topics, the latest diagnostic and therapeutic techniques, and summaries of practice guidelines from major medical organizations.

The BMJ is a weekly peer-reviewed medical trade journal, published by the trade union the British Medical Association. It is one of the world's oldest general medical journals.

JAAPA is the peer-reviewed clinical journal of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). Published for more than 25 years, its mission is to support the ongoing education and advancement of physician assistants (PAs) by publishing current information and research on clinical, health policy, and professional issues.

The New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) is an influential general medical periodical, dedicated to bringing physicians the best research and information at the intersection of biomedical science and clinical practice, and to presenting the information in an understandable and clinically useful format.

Each issue has a topical focus referred to as the policy forum. The policy forum is introduced by an extended issue brief that provides an overview of key issues related to the focal topic. The issue brief is followed by commentaries and sidebars written by persons with special perspectives on or expertise in various aspects of the topic.

Science is published by the American Association for the Advancement of Science since Volume 1 in 1783 and all issues are available for you to search and discover. We have current access via the AAAS website and historical access via JSTOR.

NEJM delivers high-quality, peer-reviewed research and interactive clinical content. Each year, NEJM receives more than 16,000 research and other submissions for consideration for publication. About 5% of original research submissions achieve publication by NEJM; more than half originate from outside the U.S.
