Organization
The code is organized by title (subject): The Congress, The President, Aliens and Nationality, Armed Forces, etc.
Some of these titles have extensive information: an example is Title 8 (Aliens and Nationality). Other titles are more complex: an example is Title 10 (Armed Forces). Complex titles are divided into subtitles. Large subtitles are subdivided into parts.
