Top 13 Most Challenged Books of 2022

Welcome to the research guide for banned and challenged books! This guide aims to discuss books that have been challenged or banned in the past, either by parent groups, church groups, governments, etc. and make them easily accessible to you as a reader. Librarians everywhere celebrate Banned Book Week because we believe in your right to read and oppose censorship in any form. Navigate the guide using the tabs at the top of the page. For more information on banned and challenged books, check out the American Library Associations (ALA) resources on banned and challenged books. You can also ask a librarian if you have any questions.
