There are many tools available to find relevant case law for property. Keep in mind that secondary sources, like treatises, hornbooks, and annotated codes, can be an excellent place to find case law. Also, as already stated elsewhere on this guide, property law can be very different by jurisdiction, so keep in mind what jurisdiction you are looking for.
