Description

Digitization is the conversion of analog material to digital material.  High Point University Libraries offers digital services through Media Services, on the bottom level of Smith Library.

  • Scanning: we offer Epson Scanners for patrons to use in the Media Lab.  We also take orders for high quality scanning on photographs and slides on an archival quality Epson 10000XL Scanner.
  • VHS to DVD conversion.
  • High speed and high quantity DVD duplication.
  • DVD digitization and clip creation: we can also put these clips on a private URL for your students to view online.
  • BiblioBoard: HPU students and faculty can access BiblioBoard digital anthologies and create digital anthologies of public domain historical materials.

*Digitization services that are transfers to DVDs/CDs will cost $1 per DVD/CD.
